Our Refund and Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aertek Smart! We are committed to providing you with high-quality electronic products. Please read carefully our policy before purchasing below!

Non-Refundable Policy: Please note that we do not offer any refunds or a return policy for any products. Our policy is strictly for product replacements only.

Cash On Delivery orders: We have COD orders on pan India. 
Please Note: The partial COD amount are non-refundable. Customer can not ask for refund there COD amount. 

Replacement Warranty: Aertek Smart offers a replacement warranty for all products purchased through our website. Every products comes there own warranty it’s 6 months. If your product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a replacement. To initiate the process, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once we receive your complaint, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the defective item.

Please note that if the replacement request is raised after 24 hours of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the courier charges and must send the parcel to our warehouse.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@aerteksmart.com

Eligibility for Replacement: To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation). Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging. Report the issue within the warranty period.

How to Request a Replacement: To initiate a replacement request, please contact our customer service team at (care@aerteksmart.com). Email us include your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will assist you through the replacement process.

Shipping Policy: All products will dispatched 3-5 business days after receiving orders. Free Shipping only on prepaid orders in Pan India and Rs. 99/- shipping charges applicable on COD orders.

If you are shipped expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Warranty Period: Our replacement warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Every products has comes with 6 month warranty, we are not responsible any warranty care after the warranty period are over.
